Load Control & Surge Protectionadmin2018-11-07T18:06:16+00:00
A new generation of power factor enhancement and correction products.
Load Control combines multiple technologies; capacitance, which supplies the motor, the kVAR it needs to operate, Harmonics which reduce resistance, Transient Voltage Surge Suppression (TVSS) and the ability to capture, store, and reuse normally wasted power produced by the motor user friendly to 600 VAC.
Overvoltage: Line rated + 10% up to 8h daily, 15% up to 30 min. daily
Overcorrect: 1.3 x rated, 1.5 x rated with 10% overvoltages
Inrush current: 300 times rated current
Tolerance: +/- 5%
Protection: Overpressure tear off fuse, self healing, discharge resistors, TVSS line to line, line to ground with filter capacitor suppression.

Protect yourself from unexpected surges and voltage spikes. Providing user and equipment safe, non‐degrading circuit isolation and surge protection for:
Inadequate power supply at the point of use which overheats your motors and entire electrical system that destroys your equipment and waste KWH’s.
Momentary or extended interruptions of the power supply, such as “rolling Blackouts” which often overheat and gradually destroy your equipment.
Caused by external storm or lightening related surges or glitches, other nearby equipment, utility company induced sags and surges. Also includes power surges, spikes glitches or dirty power caused internally by switching, inrush currents, load cycling, and faulty in-house equipment.
Installed as cascading primary‐to‐secondary levels, it requires no tweaking, service, or maintenance
Protection from ‘Electrical Pollution’ avoids degradation of sensitive PC boards and hard drives
Extends typical (*MTBF) life of the following electrical/electronic assets: Motors, Refrigerators and A/C’s, Lamps and Ballasts, Circuit Breakers, IC’s and Circuit Boards
For 120VAC, Single Ø – up to 480VAC 3Ø applications
